a week ago or so I made a post on pictures on eye make up and how I wanted to try the look out to a similar effect. I did take a picture just before I went out though the flash brightened most of the eye shadow out on the photo but you get the idea. Overall I think it was quite a nice look, and it didn’t matter to much anyway as I was in the dark for most of the night!

I also took a picture of my outfit, which for once I was happy with. Instead of wearing all my new stuff I tried mixing some new purchases with some of old. My shorts from Topshop are very new (boxing day sales purchase), and I completely love them. They’re are deep purple colour and are corduroy and I really enjoyed wearing them out as they are much more practical than wearing a dress, and were only £15. My top is from the boxing day sales last year from Urban Outfitters which I love because it’s a modern take on lace, with silver netting on top of a sheer black tee. I’m also wearing black panel tights from H&M and my favourite shoes ever (black wedge leather ankle) from ASOS. Even though they were pricey (£45) I do not regret buying them because they instantly make my outifts look better.
Also sorry for the poor photo quality, I was in a hurry and I’ve never been good at taking photos of myself in mirrors.
